JUNGLE FULL DAY

Departure from our offices in our private transportation to the city of Puyo, on the way we will be able to observe the route of the waterfalls, we will arrive to a local market, where you can eat exotic fruits or chontacuro. After Puyo we continue in the transport to arrive to the «Hola Vida Reserve» where we will have a guided walk with full explanation of medicinal, poisonous, edible plants and with the possibility of observing animals depending on the luck; then we will have lunch and then we will visit the Quichua indigenous community where there will be an explanation of customs, traditions and their way of life, as well as the way of elaborating pottery and poisons for hunting.
We will continue with a 30 minute paddle canoe ride to appreciate our beautiful Amazon. Then we will visit a viewpoint where we will have a spectacular panoramic view of the union of two rivers: the Pastaza and the Puyo, and we will spend some time swinging or resting in hammocks with an incredible landscape while the sun sets. Finally, we will explore the entire process of transforming cocoa into a delicious delicacy. Starting at the plantations, you will observe the harvesting of the fruits and learn about the local varieties. But the most amazing thing is that you will prepare a cup of freshly made hot chocolate. You will return to the city around 8pm.
